Only healthy animals also provide good meat. That is why we process nearly exclusively Swiss meat in our operation. 

Fresh meat

We have defined the highest standards for the feeding and rearing of our livestock and work only with audited and certified farms. Whether beef, veal, pork or lamb – our selection of fresh meat products is large, the majority of which is sourced from Swiss agriculture. Around 70 per cent of all livestock consists of label animals (TerraSuisse, Bio) and enjoy great animal welfare as prescribed by law.
