We assume responsibility for fair animal rearing, for an intact environment and for sustainable agriculture.
Nearly all animals that are processed at Micarna are sourced from Swiss farms. We maintain a close relationship with our producers and have worked with numerous farmers for many years. Around 70 per cent of all animals that come to Micarna are also label animals (TerraSuisse, Bio) and thus enjoy greater animal welfare than is prescribed by law.
